ACEH UTARA – PT Pema Global Energi (PGE) in collaboration with the Blood Donor Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross (UDD-PMI) North Aceh, held a blood donor activity which took place at the Point-A health clinic in Nibong District, North Aceh, on Monday and Tuesday (16-17/10/2023).

In this blood donation activity, PGE workers managed to collect 169 bags of blood for the needs of the people of North Aceh, Lhokseumawe and surrounding areas.

This humanitarian activity was also organized with the support of the Aceh Oil and Gas Management Agency (BPMA), which is a state institution tasked with overseeing and controlling upstream oil and gas business activities in Aceh.
PGE Field Manager, Ruzi Abdul Muis, said that PGE has a commitment to the importance of maintaining health in the work environment and empathy for others, especially the community around the company.

“By donating blood, employees become healthier and of course it is also very beneficial for people in need around the PGE operation area, therefore we are committed to routinely carry out this positive activity,” concluded Ruzi.
